We are specialized in prize-winning honey, honey products, and
beeswax items from our own beehives throughout NJ. Our honey is raw,
only strained, not filtered, and not heated.
Local Beekeepers
As
far as he can remember, Jean-Claude
has been interested in the art of beekeeping. He learned keeping honey bees with his great
uncle and great aunt, in
Burgundy,
France. Since his parents were living in
Paris,
he had to give up his sweet hobby. Years later, Bea, Jean-Claude’s
wife was offered a job in the
U.S.
With a nice
north west
Jersey
environment it did not take long for Jean-Claude to
reestablish
his beekeeping hobby. Helped by Bea and son Archie, they started
selling a few jars of good honey at local farm stands. That was the
beginning of a hobby becoming a family business.
